WHO is on the No Problem Team?
Diane Parker, PhD, CIPS, TRC is the force behind the No Problem Team. With a PhD
in Leadership, Diane’s personal motto is "ethical excellence" in all our
transactions. She is also one of only 2400 agents in the world, who is a
Certified International Property Specialist.
Christopher "Chris" Lee Suggs, our Buyers’ Agent, is the calm, witty,
guitar-playing guy, who refuses to panic and always reminds us that "every day
is a bonus!" He loves showing property, which is why clients love him to show
them property!
Susan Daddono, a Chicago broker before moving to FL 3 years ago, is both creative
and practical. Her fabulous photographs contribute greatly to our success at
selling homes and her organizational skills keep the team on track and focused on
the finish line.

None of us is an expert in "everything" but together, the No Problem Team has
almost 100 years of unique professional and personal real estate experience. Yes
we’re all over 39 but we are very dedicated to personal service and excellence in each
transaction with every client.
HOW did the "No Problem Team" get its name?
"... nothing is a problem unless you make it one!"
Diane heard Jessie aka Mom say those words everyday to her children, family,
friends and even strangers!
"No Problem" Jessie would say, "that will only take 5 minutes." Nothing took
only 5 minutes, but no one dared contradict Jessie, who always did what she
promised ... no matter how long it took!
Our No Problem Team believes that Mom knows best, and nothing is a problem
unless we make it one.
We try our best to do what we say we can do ... no matter how long it takes.
